The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was excellent with option of western or Japanese. The property had a central location and it was extremely close to Watanabe Clinic.

It had excellent location a short walk to Watanabe Clinic. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall excellent with option of western or Japanese.

Its location was central, next door to Hokkai Heso Matsuri. Staff was super nice.

In the center of Furano and minutes from ski slopes and hills. Perfect and fantastic room with good views of the mountains. Good pool, parking close to building.

Magnificent central location, short walk to the famous restaurant. Choose a double room with a view to the ski resort from the shower, public bath plus the washing machine. A good modern hotel, my first choice in Furano.

No complaints whatsoever, I greatly enjoyed this hotel and can't recommend it highly enough. The place was fairly clean and fully equipped, it had very very helpful and attentive staff at reception desk.

Though the hotel was quite small, it was perfectly located to good food outlets, and had free wi-fi. Really helpful staff at reception desk, which was unquestionably a plus. Brand-new and beautifully maintained rooms, the views of the mountains were magnificent. The bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable.

We had a fantastic corner room on level 7 with a view to the ski resort from the shower. The rooms are modern, clean and a good size for Japan. The service at check-in was great, and the staff was really helpful. They even provided us with a hand-drawn map of the town marking nearby attractions. The breakfast was authentic and wholesome, and the location opposite the station was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Furano.

The setting is favourable and stunning, very close to Restaurants & places of interest, and second buses. The rooms are fantastic and have good views of the mountains.

Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and could speak English, which was a delight. We rented a car in Hokkaido for our free & easy trip and did not have the telephone numbers of a shop that we wanted to visit in Furano. The staff helped to get the telephone number and called the shop to check the opening hours for us :) Beds are clean and comfortable, toilet is also clean.

Hotel staff are friendly, they are good in English and easy to communicate. In the 1st day of my trip, my sunglasses were missed at the hotel. Hotel staff couriered it to my another hotel in Sapporo immediately. Their thoughtful service embodied their professional and made travellers at home.
